In 2000, the Lower Shore Clinic was created to provide outpatient mental health clinic services. In 2011, the Assertive Community Treatment team was added to provide mobile treatment to members who are having difficulty using office based services. In 2012, Primary Care was added as a service to all members and citizens of the Lower Shore Counties. With an on site pharmacy and lab for blood work, this integrated model of care provides services to over 2500 citizens of Wicomico, Dorchester, Somerset, and Worcester Counties. As of 2016, Go-Getters Inc. is a subsidiary of the Lower Shore Clinic, Inc.

Tri Community Mediation is a nonprofit organization that offers mediation and conflict resolution services in Wicomico, Worcester, and Somerset Counties. In order to make mediation accessible to everyone, we provide mediation at no cost to participants. We are a program of the community, by the community, and for the community. It is our mission to create a more just and peaceful Lower Eastern Shore.

We offer collaborative comprehensive services to children, adolescents, and adults.
Services include Medication Evaluation and Management, Skills-based Individual, Family, and Couples Therapy, Addiction Treatment, School-based
Mental Health Services, Forensics Mental Health Clinic, Behavioral Health Home, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) services, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).
All services are provided in a collaborative manner by licensed adult and child psychiatrists, and therapists.
